I'm a canfitpro certified personal trainer based in Toronto, and I work exclusively with women. My method is built around TRX suspension training: two straps that use your own bodyweight to build strength, balance and control at any level.

I've been an athlete since the age of three: professional acrobatics, city and interregional competitions, podium finishes. A childhood in sport gave me an intuitive understanding of how muscles work and what it really takes to get results and win. Today that understanding works for you, in every session.

I believe strength should feel graceful. My sessions combine suspension work with breathwork, posture and deep core focus, so you leave feeling taller, stronger and more at home in your body.
